Right of withdrawal
Services ordered at distance by a consumer carry a statutory withdrawal period.
The period
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.
Work started during the period
If you ask us to begin before the period ends, and the service is then fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. Where work has begun but is not complete, you pay for what has been carried out up to that point.
How to withdraw
Write to office@roadvisors.ro, stating the service and the date of the order.
