Typical users are foreign founders opening their first Romanian entity and existing shareholders who need a change registered with the trade register. Most steps are handled by representative, without the founder travelling, and several changes filed together cost less than the same changes filed one at a time.

Covers the recurring obligations that follow once a Romanian company exists: bookkeeping, tax returns, VAT and microenterprise decisions, electronic invoicing, SAF-T reporting and payroll. Accounting is performed by independent collaborating accountants, and we coordinate it. Typical users are foreign owned companies with no staff on the ground in Romania, and companies that have fallen behind on filings and need the position corrected. This is the category clients underestimate most often, and the obligations start at registration, not when trading begins.

Covers hiring in Romania and the permits a foreign employee needs before starting work. Typical users are Romanian employers recruiting non-EU staff, foreign companies posting workers to Romania, and employees who need their own status regularised. The employer's steps and the employee's steps run in a fixed order, and the order matters. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not source candidates.

Covers unpaid invoices, contractual disputes and obtaining an enforceable title against a Romanian debtor. Typical users are foreign suppliers or buyers owed money by a Romanian company, and businesses that need a claim secured before the debtor's assets move. Early action changes the outcome more than the size of the claim does. Enforcement of a title is carried out by a court bailiff, which is a separate step we set up rather than perform.

Covers the registrations a business must hold to operate lawfully and to report correctly: VAT registration and the option to register below the threshold, beneficial owner filings, enrolment in the electronic invoicing and SAF-T reporting systems, registration in the tax authority's virtual private space, and updates to the trade register when activity codes change. Typical users are newly formed companies and companies entering a new activity. Sector specific operating licences are outside this scope.

Covers winding down or reorganising a Romanian business: dissolution and liquidation, suspending activity, striking a company off the register, transferring shares out, and creditor representation in insolvency. Typical users are owners who no longer need a Romanian entity but still carry its filing obligations, and creditors who must register a claim in an insolvency file. Closing a company properly is slower than opening one.
