About RoAdvisors

RoAdvisors handles Romanian administrative procedures for people and companies that are outside Romania, or that do not know how the system works. We prepare the file, deal with the offices, and report back in writing at each stage.

How we work

• We tell you at the start which documents are needed, what the procedure involves, and what it costs.
• Work that is reserved to a regulated profession — legal representation, notarial acts, accounting — is carried out by independent collaborating professionals under their own regulation. We coordinate the file.
• Every service page states the date the information was last verified and the legal sources it relies on.
• Correspondence is in writing, so the file stays documented.

What we are not

RoAdvisors is not a law firm, a real estate agency or an accounting firm, and is not the authority that issues documents. Legal services are provided by independent collaborating professionals, each acting under their own professional regulation.

We do not guarantee approvals or authority timelines. We are responsible for our own process and our own fee.
