These terms apply to every enquiry and every engagement with RoAdvisors.
Who we are and what we do
RoAdvisors is not a law firm, a real estate agency or an accounting firm, and is not the authority that issues documents. Legal services are provided by independent collaborating professionals, each acting under their own professional regulation.
Scope of an engagement
The scope of each engagement is set out in writing before work starts: the procedure, the documents required from the client, our fee, and the third-party costs that may arise.
Any third-party costs, such as official fees, translations, notarisation, apostille or courier, are charged separately, at cost, as incurred.
What we are responsible for
We do not guarantee approvals or authority timelines. We are responsible for our own process and our own fee.
Client obligations
The client provides accurate documents and information. Where a document proves to be inaccurate or incomplete, the procedure may be delayed or refused by the authority.
This text is the working version. The final wording is with the client for confirmation and will replace it once approved.
